2022年12月,Bio Innovation Service发布了欧盟RoHS指令Pack 23最终评估报告,旨在对RoHS附件III中12项豁免是否延期提出意见,豁免条款分别为4(f)、8(b)、8(b)(I)、9、9(a)(II)、13(a)、13(b)、13(b)(I)、13(b)(II)、13(b)(III)、15、15(a),其中8(b)(I)为电触点的镉豁免,需重点关注。后续欧盟委员会将根据该评估报告的建议对上述12项豁免做出正式修订。
